I work with adults (18+) in‑person in Bradford and online across the UK. Presently, I only have capacity for online sessions on evenings.

How I Can Help
We all develop ways to cope as children. These habits (people pleasing, trying to be strong) may have protected you then, but as an adult, they can leave you feeling vulnerable and stuck.

We’ll work together to explore and understand these feelings and patterns and work through them so you can feel more in control.

How Therapy with me works:

Choosing the right therapist is an important decision, It is crucial that you feel comfortable with your therapist. With this in mind, I offer a free 20-minute initial consultation either by phone or online.

This gives you a chance to ask questions and experience how I work before deciding you’d like to continue. There is no pressure or commitment to proceed to therapy sessions with me following this initial consultation.

How therapy sessions work
Following the initial consultation and your decision to have therapy with me, sessions usually take place weekly and are 50 minutes long.

We’ll agree goals together and review progress regularly to ensure therapy is working for you.
